How to request a new page
Scope rules per tier — what's a content edit, what's a new page included in your plan, and what's a bespoke build.

A new page is a different beast to a content edit. New layout, new copy, often new images, sometimes new design components. Here’s how that works on each tier.
What counts as a “new page”
If the URL is new, it’s a new page. /services/website-audit didn’t exist before, now it does — that’s a new page. Even a “thank you” page after a form submission is a new page.
Each new page typically takes 2–4 hours of design + copy + build + on-page SEO + sitemap registration. That’s the work being scoped.
Standard £295/mo
Standard covers up to 10 pages total in the site footprint (homepage, about, services, contact, plus 4–6 service or vertical pages), inside the 2-4 hours/mo operator cap. Swapping one page for another inside that 10-page envelope is in-scope as a content edit.
Adding pages 11, 12, 13+ is a bespoke add-on. Typical cost: £80–£150 per additional page depending on complexity. Or upgrade to Professional, which lifts the page cap.
What’s a page on Standard:
- Service pages (eg.
/services/boiler-installation) - Vertical landing pages (eg.
/leeds) - Lead-magnet thank-you pages
- A single blog post (the blog itself is one URL —
/blog— and individual posts don’t count toward the 10)
Professional £695/mo
Professional covers up to 25 pages, plus the journal, inside the 6-8 hours/mo cap (with 1× CTO advisory hour/mo). The maths reflects that Professional businesses tend to have multi-site or multi-clinician operations, multiple service lines, and TWHQ Bookings on top.
Adding a 26th page is a bespoke add-on (typically £80–£150). Upgrade to Sovereignty if your information architecture needs more than 25 OR you need compliance prep alongside.
Sovereignty £1,495/mo
Sovereignty is page-count uncapped inside the 12-16 hours/mo cap (with 4× CTO advisory hours/mo). Multi-site networks, programmatic SEO pages (eg. 30 city × 5 service combo pages), full directory-style sites, large marketing footprints — all in-scope, alongside compliance prep (DSPT v8, DPIA, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 lite scoping) and EU-only data residency.
When a “new page” is really a new feature
If the new page includes a calculator, an interactive map, a multi-step form with conditional logic, a booking widget, a custom comparison table, a TicketWave HQ module embed, or anything that requires new design components or backend wiring — it’s a feature build, not a page add. Those get a separate bespoke quote regardless of tier. Typical range: £400–£2,000 depending on scope.
How to request
WhatsApp or email with: (1) the working title, (2) what the page should achieve (rank for X, capture leads for Y, brief partners on Z), (3) any reference sites or sketches. I’ll come back within a working day with: in-scope yes/no, draft outline, target turnaround, and a quote if it’s bespoke.
